Left Struggle’s mission is to provide an analysis of the world, and world events, from a working class, socialist, and anti-imperialist perspective. The primary goal of Left Struggle is to shed light on important issues affecting the working class, provide political education, and ultimately raise the class consciousness of as many people as possible. The road to socialism and collective liberation is paved with a politically active, revolutionary, principled, and a theoretically & analytically grounded working class.
The popularity of socialism is on the rise as people increasingly realize the exploitation they face daily is a result of greed, selfish individualism, and private ownership over the means of production. All of these are inherent tenents of capitalism itself. Greed is not inherent to human nature, but perpetuated through prevailing culture and capitalist ethos.
Left Struggle seeks to break this bourgeois narrative, and expand class consciousness through our work. Revolutionary optimism is more than a mindset that a collective socialist future is possible, but an active participation toward building that future – in whatever capacity each of us are able to contribute.
Left Struggle is also open to collaboration and additional contributors.
